    As the blog name implies I am a person who still hangs out on IRC, I was never into the whole IRC thing back in the 1990s when it was massively popular, but over the last few months I have started idling in channels one a few different servers.     Ok I said I wouldn't be upgrading to 2.0 on my iPod Touch because of the price, well I decided to give in an upgraded. And I gotta say I'd upgrade solely for the remote app. I'm sitting across the room from my PC atm and I'm changing songs and lowering the volume. The remote is a godsend.     I'm sure everyone has kind of seen it, but I decided to continue joining IRC. While all of the post is true, I felt I couldn't punish people who did nothing, by quitting. I'm hoping to continue chatting, but hopefully moderate myself when it comes to it (ie class and when homework needing doing)
